By signing up to participate in the XVIII International Finance Conference the PARTICIPANT declares to be in compliance with the general conditions specified below:
About Us
1.1. The PARTICIPANT must register with the event website, filling in all the requested information correctly.
1.1.1. The PARTICIPANT is fully responsible for the veracity of the data informed at the time of registration.
1.2. The registration of the PARTICIPANT will be confirmed by the payment of the registration fee, according to the payment method selected.
1.2.1. The registration fee varies according to the academic degree of the PARTICIPANT and other conditions specified on the event website.
1.3. The registration fee in the categories "graduate students", "undergraduate students" and "associates APIMEC" allows the PARTICIPANT to access the official activities of the congress, including lectures, forums, presentations and coffee break during the event, opening cocktail and closure, as well as, entitles the congressional kit. In addition to the activities described above, the "teachers and researchers" category offers lunch during the event and for the first 40 paying visitors, the tour of the vineyard valley will be offered on September 15th.
Submission
2.1. The PARTICIPANT must submit the expanded abstract containing no more than 2,100 characters until May 20, 2018. After accepting it, you will have until August 11, 2018 to submit the final article (for both oral and poster presentations). It will accept files in word or pdf format in the maximum size of 5 mega bits.
Payment
3.1 The PARTICIPANT who submits works (both in poster format and oral presentation) must make the payment of the registration at the latest until August 12, 2018.
